This is Noel, my dear friend Carlottas newest pet. Named after the Christmas day, Carlotta and Pedro rescued her from a not-so-great situation. She was basically tied to a dumpster. NOW, look at her. Fat, happy and loved. And their other dog is Dexter. Technically, I named him after the tv show Dexter!
