sugar and swimwear

After trying on swimsuits today, and looking long and hard at my expanded stomach and thighs (and that icky area to the front of my armpit) I have decided to give up sugar and go on a dang diet for a month. I figure I can do just about anything for 30 days, so with the reduction of crap food, I am doing yoga twice a week and am going to run at least once a week. Dan has promised to go with me. SO, I will let you know how it goes.

Last week I ate 21 chocolate chip and peanut cookies in two days. I have a problem.
